Rightmove software for estate and letting agents

Manage your Rightmove listings from one place

PortalHub helps estate and letting agents maintain property details, photographs, prices and availability in one workspace. Eligible listings are sent to Rightmove through the feed configured for your agency, without re-entering the details on each portal.

• Publish sales, lettings and commercial listings through your configured feed.
• Send property changes when you save an updated listing.
• Remove listings from the feed when you hide or delete them.

What do I need to connect to Rightmove?

You need an eligible Rightmove agency account and a feed configured for your branch. Contact PortalHub with your branch details to discuss activation. PortalHub's software subscription does not include Rightmove membership or portal advertising charges.

Setup depends on the portal's requirements and your account configuration. We will confirm the steps and timing for your agency rather than promise an instant connection.

Keep clients and property marketing together

Keep buyers, tenants, vendors and landlords linked to their properties. Manage viewings, offers and correspondence alongside listing details, and generate branded property brochures from the information already in your agency workspace.

Published properties also have a public property page with photographs, descriptions, key features, floorplans and agent contact details. Share the link with buyers and tenants or display your agency's properties on your own website using the listings integration.

How much does PortalHub cost?

PortalHub costs £99 per month with unlimited users, properties and branches, and no setup fee. Sales, lettings and commercial tools are included. Start a free trial or contact us to discuss your Rightmove software requirements.
